If you saw any of my updates on this book then you will know I absolutely hated it. I was excited to read this because of the number of rave reviews I have seen and I am honestly shocked. Did I read the same book as everyone else???

There was no plot. No world building. Just 270 pages of abuse, torture and lots of rape. I did not enjoy a single second of this book but I kept reading to see why people could possibly love it so much. I still don’t know.

Within the first two chapters there is one rape, one attempted rape and an orgy as people watch these rapes. And to my surprise that wasn’t even the worst of it.

Why is this book so loved??? I feel like I am in some weird alternate universe because I don’t understand why this is so highly rated. This is quite possibly the worst book I have ever read.
