Enjoyable story, well written. It started out funny and I really liked it. Then some things happen - see spoilertag below if you've already read the book or really want to know - that made me like Joe a lot less and I wanted to hit Alex on the head for trying to help him so much. He was an ass and deserved to at least grovel much much more, yet he acts like she is the one at fault?

I really didn't like the whole Star-situation. I understand that she was very important to him once, but letting her kiss and massage him when he was already in a relationship with Alex? Not to mention live with him and opening the door in skimpy robes? It left a bad taste in my mouth. He starts out as this wonderful trustworthy guy and then a tragedy happens and he turns into a huge asshole and he just kind of lost me there. Which is a shame, because I really liked them at the start of the book.

Anyhoo, give it a shot. It's well written and there are some fun and sexy moments.
