I remember when I was a kid and first introduced to Amelia Bedelia. She was this quirky nanny/housekeeper that helped with chores around the home. She was so funny and I just adored her. She always mis-understood the most simplest of instructions. She made me feel not so alone growing up when I had a moment of mis-understanding something and I didn't feel so bad. Because I knew that Amelia Bedelia was the same way.
