This booklet has been produced as a set of guidelines for parents wishing to implement a gluten free diet with children with autism or associated spectrum disorders. Although the main focus of this booklet will be the use of gluten free diets, discussion on the use of casein free diets as an alternative intervention or joint intervention will also be discussed.
