Another sequel to the series on great companies. This one has very in depth research on how companies manage to not only survive but thrive and prosper in times of adversity and uncertainty. One very interesting point of note, something I did not know before, Southwest airlines started by copying the operational manuals and principles of another regional airline Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA).
