The author which is Daniela Owen who is a child psychologist was probably the best fit author for this book. This book helps children work on their emotions. Especially children with anxiety and depression. She also speaks about ways that you can work to calm your emotions. This book is especially fitting due to the COVID pandemic and how it is affecting children. #rightnowiamfine
