I'd never heard of Fawcett before, and while I've heard all the history about the Amazon and, you know, the various ways Europeans have thought about indigenous groups over the years, it was facinating to go through that history and get into the present-day findings. It's a really incredible story. Fawcett did seem invincible until he disappeared. Recommend this over the movie.

Overall: It was pretty good, but it's no Hunger Games. Or... maybe it is the _real_ Hunger Games. Katniss could probably take the Amazon. Peeta would die though. That would be sad.
