Awesome book about startup life and happiness. Tony teach me to live your life fully and never get stuck to boring routine. Always challange yourself, learn something new that you intersted, meet new people and always take a risk for innovation.

This book is all about delivering happiness. Separated by 3 section; Make your consumer happy, make your employee happy and make yourself happy. Zappos is one of a kind and awesome place to work with. Not because the facility but, about the company cultures.
