This book are for people at the middle of organization. They have some peers, subordinates and of course some bosses. John Maxwell like any of his book use lot of acronym that ear catching but still hard to remember. He gave normative guideline how can You lead from the middle. At the middle position are so uncomfortable, You should guide your juniors. Should behave and collaborative with the peers and serve with whole heart to the boss.

This position is the most unbalance work and life. The challenge that you solved when becoming leader at the middle position will make You better to lead on the top of organization (hopefully). Honestly, this book will make you feel bad as a leader. So many blindspot and I think there's no such a thing as a perfect leader that describe at this book. So skip this book if You didn't want to be feel bad after reading this. Every leader are unique and have different strength and weakness so, Stay at Your strength zone.
